Hello.

I’m Alexia Webb, originally from Hertfordshire, I’ve lived in East London for over 20 years. I come from a family of business owners and entrepreneurs.

I launched InFlow VA to support small business owners to focus on strategy not paperwork. I know it’s not easy to juggle the demands of a small business and other life roles, so let me take you from overwhelmed to organised.

My career spans retail, teaching, training, coaching and administration with a wealth of experience in communication, organisation and supporting projects. I hold a CIPD Level 3 Certificate in People Practice.
